1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PulsePoint Paintball's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

PulsePoint Paintball provides paintball gaming experiences, equipment rental, and event hosting at our facility in Cape Town.

3. Age Requirements

Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minimum age for participation is 10 years.

4. Safety Requirements

• All players must wear provided safety equipment at all times
• No physical contact between players
• No removing masks during active gameplay
• Follow all marshal instructions immediately

5. Booking and Payments

• Full payment required to confirm bookings
• Cancellations 48+ hours before event: full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: no refund

6. Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

PulsePoint Paintball is not liable for injuries sustained during normal gameplay when safety rules are followed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

1. General

These terms govern your use of PulsePoint Paintball's facilities and services.

2. Participation Requirements

• All participants must complete a waiver
• Minimum age: 10 years (with guardian supervision)
• Participants must be in good physical health
• No alcohol or drug use before participation

3. Equipment

• Equipment must be returned undamaged
• Players liable for intentional damage
• We provide cleaned, sanitized equipment

4. Gameplay Rules

• No physical contact between players
• No blind firing
• No climbing structures
• Follow marshal instructions immediately

5. Media Release

By participating, you grant us rights to use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Groups of 10+: 7 days notice for full refund
• Private events: 14 days notice for full refund
• Weather cancellations: reschedule or full refund

7. Liability

Participation involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries sustained during proper use of facilities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

1. General Rules

• All standard safety rules apply
• Teams must register 30 minutes before start time
• No outside paintballs allowed
• Field paint only

2. Team Composition

• 3-5 players per team
• Minimum age: 14 years
• One designated captain per team
• Substitutions only between matches

3. Equipment

• Rate of fire capped at 10.5 balls per second
• No modified markers
• Chrono check required before each match
• Maximum velocity: 280 fps

4. Game Format

• Preliminary round-robin matches
• Single-elimination finals
• Matches: best of 3 games
• 2-minute time limit per game

5. Scoring

• Flag hang: 50 points
• Elimination: 5 points per player
• Penalties: -10 points per infraction
• Tiebreaker: sudden death

6. Conduct

• No arguing with referees
• No profanity
• No physical contact
• Unsportsmanlike conduct results in disqualification

7. Prizes

• Prizes awarded to top 3 teams
• Non-transferable
• Taxes are responsibility of winners

8. Protests

All protests must be filed in writing within 15 minutes of match completion with R100 protest fee (refunded if upheld).

9. Rule Changes

Tournament director reserves right to modify rules as needed for fair play.
