1. General

These terms govern your use of PulsePoint Paintball's facilities and services.

2. Participation Requirements

All participants must complete a waiver.
Minimum age: 10 years (with guardian supervision).
Participants must be in good physical health.
No alcohol or drug use before participation.

3. Booking and Deposits

Minimum booking is 10 players. Groups under 10 are charged for 10 players.
A 50% deposit for a minimum of 10 players is required to confirm a booking.
Deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.
Please send proof of payment (POP) to secure your spot.

4. Equipment

Equipment must be returned undamaged.
Players are liable for intentional damage.
We provide cleaned, sanitized equipment.

5. Gameplay Rules

No physical contact between players.
No blind firing.
No climbing structures.
Follow marshal instructions immediately.

6. Media Release

By participating, you grant us rights to use photos or videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion.

8. Liability

Participation involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries sustained during proper use of facilities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
